In this project Mesmack is working under the consultancy of AL-HAMDAN consult & AECOM along with the supervision of Engineers from KMC the management Arm of Baitak.

It is a large project which is composed of 288 apartments Buildings. (G+M+6 Floors), Health Club, Bowling, Guard house, R.O, Interlock, Irrigation and landscaping work.
