Project Brief Description:
The client of the project is Royal Commission for Jubail& Yanbu.
The project consists of
1. Construction of Daily & Friday Mosque at Jalmudah (A1-6);
2. Construction of Daily & Friday Mosque at Jalmudah (A3-7);
3. Rest Area at Jubail Dammam Highway
4. Rehabilitation of Parking at Jalmudah
The nature of the project was to construct and build daily and Friday Prayer Mosque
in the centre sectors of Jalmudah, Jubail Industrial city along with site works.

Project Scope:
The scope of the work contains:
• Site preparation & Earthwork
• Finished grading and demolition of existing structures.
• Concrete works including hollow core slabs.
• Complete finishing works
• Roads and parking including the embankments,
• Roadway base and sub-base and asphalted concrete courses,
• Curbs, marking, signs and associated walkways.
• Storm drainage system.
• Sanitary wastewater collection and conveyance system.
• Potable and fire water distribution system.
• HVAC Systems
• Irrigation system based on treated sewage effluent distribution.
• Electrical power system, including construction of two (2) Sub-stations
• Street lighting system.
• Fire Alarm System
• Grounding & lightening System
• BMS System
• Telecommunication system
• Public Address System
• Landscape and hardscape
