Project Brief Description:
A large compound project at Khobar for a well prominent group of Al-Ansari Group whose sister company QanbarDywidag is the pioneer company of Saudi Arabia for the production of Precast. This compound is the residential compound for the staff of Al-Ansari group with the name of
Al-Ansari Residential Compound-2. In this project Mesmack is working under the consultancy of SUHAIMI DESIGN consult along with the supervision of Engineers from Al-Ansari group and QanberDywidag.

It is a large pre-cast project, which is composed of 14 Villas, Four Story Apartments Buildings (Nine Buildings) of 2 types, Health Club, Mosque, Guard house, Septic, Circular and R.O Tank, large boundary wall both block and precast and fence work along with Interlock, road, Irrigation and landscaping work.
